SOUTH CONGRESS HOTEL is hiring for Manana Barista The living room for the neighborhood, South Congress Hotel, is an 83-room boutique hotel designed to be a community activity hub. A place for travelers and locals alike, the hotel has three restaurants, a coffee + bakeshop, a rooftop pool, an award-winning Lobby Bar, and two retail spaces, in addition to a range of community events + programming open to all. All locally owned, all right at the doorstep of Austin's favorite street.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN: Dialing in coffee and espresso, coffee origins and flavor profiles, the Merit Coffee brand, the best-of-the-best barista skills, sales and retail skills, inventory management, salesfloor flow and organization, and Unreasonable Hospitality.
