Responsibilities Dispatch & Customer Service
Answer incoming customer calls with a professional and friendly demeanor Schedule and reschedule service appointments proactively Organize and manage calls on the dispatch board to ensure timely responses Dispatch technicians based on skills, availability, and location Maintain accurate records and resolve customer concerns promptly Track paused jobs and follow up for rescheduling Invoicing & Accounts Payable
Generate and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner Review work orders for completeness before billing Support Accounts Payable by coding, entering, and reconciling vendor invoices Assist with expense tracking and general bookkeeping tasks Collaborate with the office staff to ensure financial accuracy and compliance Administrative Support
Assist with general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and responding to emails Provide backup support to office staff as needed Participate in the on-call rotation schedule with other exempt staff members
Qualifications: Experience in a service industry environment within the last 5 years. General knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using computers and dispatching software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
