Construction Site Superintendent
📍 Location: Multiple Sites (Travel Required)
🕒 Full-Time | 🚧 Restaurant Construction Preferred
We’re hiring an experienced Construction Site Superintendent!
Join our growing team and play a critical role in managing on-site operations, subcontractors, safety, and project logistics. If you’re detail-oriented, hands-on, and thrive in fast-paced commercial builds, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:- Assist Project Manager in planning, bids, and scheduling
- Supervise subcontractors, materials, and equipment
- Maintain safety, permits, and job site logistics
- Communicate field changes to engineers
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
- 5+ years in commercial construction (supervisory role)
- Able to read blueprints (CAD knowledge a plus)
- Proficiency with MS Office; Procore preferred
- Strong time management & leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
- Must pass background & drug screening
- Willing to travel
💪 Physical Requirements: Able to lift 75 lbs, navigate construction sites, and work in outdoor environments.
💰 Compensation: Based on experience
