Job Title: Project Manager Lead

Salary: $145,000 – $155,000 annually + Bonuses
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Lead to join our team and drive the successful delivery of strategic projects across the organization. This leadership role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong background in managing complex projects, particularly within marketing and sales technology environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation through execution and delivery
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Email Marketing, managing campaigns from beginning to end
- Ensure clear communication across teams, stakeholders, and leadership
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Utilize tools such as Marketo and/or Salesforce to manage and optimize project outcomes
- Track KPIs and deliver regular status updates and reports to senior leadership
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of project management experience, including leading enterprise-level initiatives
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
- Proven track record of process improvement, optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated track record of executive stakeholder management and managing a breadth of stakeholders across business and operational roles across regions.
- Proven experience working with marketing tools and technologies such as Asana, Google ads, Marketo, and/or Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- PMP or similar certification preferred but not required
