Lead impactful projects for a global tech leader as an ServiceNow Engagement Manager at Capgemini. Coordinate the cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to ensure successful implementation.
Serve as the primary client contact for program activities, leading review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical and administrative areas, ensuring detailed collaboration.
Author Statements of Work (SOWs) and participate in the negotiation of contracts and contract changes. Coordinate financial terms and conditions of contracts.
Develop new business opportunities or expand the product line with the client in collaboration with Sales and Account Leads.
Experience in IT or cyber security Project and Program Management, with knowledge of Security Operations Center (SOC) environments preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent training and experience.
Cost Account Manager experience.
Experience with ServiceNow modules
Commercial experience leading complex programs for Fortune 1000 clients
Relevant degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
