Director of HR Business Partners (HRBP)
to join our People leadership team. This role is both visionary and execution-focused. It is responsible for building and scaling HRBP practices that align directly with business priorities, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performance culture. This is a critical leadership role that will partner closely with executives, managers, and People leaders to ensure we scale responsibly, compliantly, and with a focus on employee engagement and long-term business success. Core Program Ownership (2025 Priority Deliverables) Execute our first iteration of organization design to drive centralization of team structures with the goal to create initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and agility, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of innovation and performance Build and implement compliant processes for leave, disability, and accommodations
(ADA/FMLA/state/local
regulations). Establish and oversee a transparent, ethical, and consistent investigation framework. Design and launch an iterative and scalable year-end performance management program, balancing accountability and growth. Lead HRBP team in a way that promotes leadership capabilities, team effectiveness, and a culture of continuous learning. Implement comprehensive programs that prepare HRBPs and leaders for future challenges. Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership Partner with executives and senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, enabling sustainable growth and operational effectiveness. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing strategic coaching on employee relations, performance management, and organizational readiness. Lead succession planning, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to strengthen organizational agility. Operational Excellence & Compliance Design and enforce policies and procedures that align with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Ensure HRBP frameworks and processes are scalable, auditable, and consistent across all locations and brands. Utilize data-driven insights to measure engagement, retention, performance, and workforce health. Culture & Engagement Drive strategies that promote engagement, inclusion, recognition, and accountability. Act as a champion for embedding business ethics, health, and safety standards into everyday practices. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP or People leadership capacity. Proven track record in organizational design, employee relations, and performance management at scale. Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance (federal and multi-state). Experience building and maturing leave, disability, and accommodation processes. Demonstrated ability to lead investigations with confidentiality, compliance, and integrity. Skilled at using data and analytics to inform HR strategy and executive decision-making. Exceptional ability to balance strategic foresight with hands-on execution. Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels. Experience in high-growth or multi-entity environments strongly preferred.
