to help keep our camp running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of Camp Run A Pup are seamless. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. - Managing and supporting our dedicated team to deliver top-notch service. - Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both pups and their owners. - Handling scheduling, inventory, and other administrative tasks to keep things on track. - Addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for all.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who brings a mix of experience, skills, and passion to the table:

1+ year of experience
in operations, management, or a related field. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills—you thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire and guide the team. - A love for dogs and an understanding of their needs (bonus points if you’re a dog parent yourself!). - Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to tackle challenges head-on.
