We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure every product that leaves our facility meets top-tier food safety and quality standards. Now Hiring: Quality Assurance Technician (Overnight Shift)
Location: On-site in Carol Stream, IL Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Competitive Pay + Full Benefits
What You’ll Do
Inspect, test, and release finished product samples Monitor critical control points (CCPs) during processing Conduct packaging and fill-level checks Perform environmental swabs and equipment inspections Oversee truck inspections (inbound and outbound) Maintain records and ensure audit readiness (SQF, Organic, FDA) Collaborate across departments to support quality initiatives What You Bring
Experience in food manufacturing or QA preferred Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus) Comfortable using tablets and computers Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments Detail-oriented, dependable, and audit-ready mindset
