The Marketing Specialist is a key contributor to Kewaunee’s marketing and dealer engagement efforts. They are responsible for creating and maintaining high-impact collateral and ensuring the smooth operation of digital platforms that support our customers and dealer network. This role provides support for the ongoing development and organization of catalogs, brochures, technical documents, and sell sheets, while also providing administrative support for Kewaunee's resource portal to ensure timely updates and easy access to materials. A central part of this role involves collaborating with Kewaunee's channel partners to collect and manage jobsite photography, supporting content development for the company website, and regularly reviewing site functionality to improve user experience. The Marketing Specialist also helps craft and distribute marketing communications using platforms like Constant Contact, ensuring consistent messaging across campaigns. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects with creativity, precision, and attention to detail. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintain and regularly update catalogs, brochures, technical documents, and sell sheets. Create new materials as needed to support product launches and sales initiatives. Work directly with dealers to acquire jobsite photography and manage assets in an organized, shareable online system. Regularly assess and assist in developing and refining website content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with marketing goals. Provide daily support for the Company’s resource portal, including updates, troubleshooting, and user assistance. Support the creation and distribution of sales bulletins and dealer communications to ensure timely and consistent messaging. Assist with dealer dollars program logistics and other swag materials as needed. Assist with trade show collateral development and logistics. Provide additional design and marketing support across campaigns, trainings, social media, and internal initiatives. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field with some work experience; or an Associate’s Degree with 2+ years relevant marketing and graphic design experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional requirements include: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator specifically). Experience supporting website content management, with preference to WordPress. Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience with Constant Contact or similar marketing platforms a plus. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business communications, professional journals, technical documents, governmental regulations, and strategic reports. Ability to write clear, concise messaging and present information effectively to various audiences. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent. Ability to draw and interpret basic graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
