Picture your shift beginning on the production floor of our Crystal Lake facility. You’ll move between laminating, slitting, sheeting, die cutting, fabricating, and flexographic printing areas, checking materials, in-process work, and finished goods so they meet exact specifications. As our Manufacturing Quality Control Inspector, you’ll help keep a 24/7 operation running smoothly by performing routine quality checks and instrument-based inspections that protect our customers—and ultimately the patients they serve. B Shift: 6:00 am to 6:30 pm Week 1: Sun/Wed/Thu Week 2: Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat Location: Crystal Lake, IL What you’ll do

Perform routine checks, tests, gauging, and instrument inspections on incoming materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. Read and interpret product specifications; verify dimensions (down to 1/16 of an inch) using rulers and measurement gauges. Record results accurately and prepare simple production reports. Collaborate with operators, supervisors, and engineering to resolve issues and maintain throughput. Report to the Quality Manager and support continuous improvement across shifts. What you bring

18+ years of age; High School Diploma or GED preferred. EITHER: 1+ year of Quality Inspector experience in a production environment (flexible packaging preferred); OR 1+ years as a Machine Operator performing dimensional quality checks. Working knowledge of quality assurance in manufacturing; familiarity with production equipment and processes. Ability to read and understand product specifications; solid basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) with ease. Comfort measuring to 1/16 of an inch; proficiency with measurement gauges. English language skills: speak and understand verbal instructions; read and write to follow work orders and document results. Physical capability to occasionally lift/move up to 40 lbs without assistance; bend, crouch, walk, stand, push, and sit throughout the shift. Activities include near and mid-range vision, data entry/keyboarding, talking, hearing, and precise hand motions. Tools you’ll use
