Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities: · Operate various machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, following standard operating procedures. · Monitor production processes, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance and quality. · Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery, including basic troubleshooting and minor repairs. · Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading materials and supplies. · Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and promptly report any deviations or issues. · Maintain a clean and organized work area, including removing waste and debris. · Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety within the workplace. · Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and resolve operational challenges. What You Need: ✅ High school diploma or equivalent ✅ Experience in manufacturing is a plus (but not required!) ✅ Mechanical skills & attention to detail ✅ Ability to lift and move heavy objects ✅ Team player with good communication skills Job Details: Full-time | 8-hour shifts | No weekends!
