As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and safe handling of all materials and products. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, set performance standards, and develop processes that drive productivity and maintain high service levels. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to create a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork. The day-to-day Direct and oversee warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve accuracy, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure operational coverage and team growth. Ensure all inventory is accurately recorded, stored, and rotated; lead regular cycle counts and audits. Train and develop warehouse staff on safety protocols, equipment operation, and best practices. Monitor KPIs (order accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory variance, safety incidents) and report results to senior leadership. Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and other departments to support business goals and customer needs. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company safety procedures, and regulatory requirements. Oversee proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.). Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in workflow, space utilization, and technology adoption. What you'll need 5+ years of progressive warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team. Proven ability to manage inventory systems and drive operational accuracy. Skilled in warehouse technology (WMS/ERP systems, RF scanners, inventory management tools). Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment. Salary Range From $50K-$65K per year; At Kodiak Equipment Services, we consider many factors when it comes to compensation, including the scope of the position as well as your background and experience.
