Responsibilities As a Lead Warehouse Associate, you’ll support the Supervisor team in coordinating daily case pick, break-bulk, and replenishment activities to meet DC demand and service-level goals. You’ll ensure safe, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment by following SOPs and using pick sheets/RF handhelds within the WMS. Acting as a floor lead, you’ll train and coach associates, troubleshoot order and inventory exceptions, and uphold safety standards. You’ll also assist with cycle counts, staging, loading, and quality checks to drive on-time shipping, first-pass accuracy, and inventory integrity. This role sets the pace on the floor and models SiteOne’s commitment to safety, service, and operational excellence.
Schedule & Compensation: Shift:
Monday–Friday,
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
with overtime required based on business needs. Hourly Pay:
$21.00 per hour
starting pay pay plus an additional
$0.50/hour
for each piece of equipment certification obtained and the potential to earn a quarterly increase. What you’ll do: Assist associates with daily order and replenishment demand Oversee order picking, labeling and auditing activities, and assist receiving, pallet pick, staging, consolidation, shipping and inventory teams as needed Inspect quality of goods Complete daily MHE documentation Follow OSHA safety regulations, housekeeping, quality and productivity standards Assist in training and development of warehouse associates Provide updates to DC leadership team Other general duties as assigned
