Frame Assembly Technician
Position Summary The Frame Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling high-quality frames that meet specifications and prepare products for the next stage of manufacturing. This role requires skill with tools, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Assemble frames according to detailed specifications.
Square frames by installing frame parts and ensuring accurate alignment.
Operate tools such as staple guns, screwdrivers, impact guns, hammers, pliers, clamps, etc.
Inspect frames for quality, correcting errors as needed to meet company standards.
Maintain clean and safe workstations, following all safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years’ experience building frames in a production environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods (8–9 hours with overtime).
Physical ability for repetitive reaching, pushing/pulling, twisting, balancing, stooping, and handling materials.
Manual and finger dexterity to manipulate tools and assemble parts with precision.
Ability to lift 25+ lbs. frequently and team-lift up to 60 lbs. (push/pull objects weighing 50–75 lbs.).
Willingness to cross-train in other areas as production needs require.
Consistent attendance and availability to work scheduled hours, including overtime.
Commitment to adhere to quality and safety standards.
Work Environment
Facility is temperature-controlled, organized, and safety-focused.
Noise level is typically loud; ear and eye protection required.
Team-oriented atmosphere where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are priorities.
Other Duties As part of the Design Foundry team, associates may be asked to assist in other areas as needed. Flexibility and teamwork are key to our success.
