The Role: Sr. FP&A Specialist: The Sr. FP&A Specialist reports to the CFO and plays a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, with a strong focus on supporting M&A integration initiatives. This position partners closely with leadership across Finance, Operations, and Strategy to provide actionable insights, ensure seamless post-acquisition integration, and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Budgeting Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the organization. Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with operational and strategic goals. Reporting & Analysis Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance and trend analysis. Track key financial metrics and performance indicators to support data-driven decisions. Build and maintain financial models to evaluate different business scenarios. M&A Integration Support Partner with Corporate Development, Accounting, and Operations teams to integrate newly acquired businesses into financial planning and reporting frameworks. Analyse post-acquisition performance and identify synergies, risks, and optimization opportunities. Support due diligence and financial modelling efforts for potential acquisitions as needed. Process & Systems Improvement Enhance financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus. Experience:
5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related areas, preferably with exposure to M&A transactions or post-acquisition integration. Skills: Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion). Exceptional communication skills to present insights and influence stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience working with an enterprise grade ERP Join Us!
