is the largest and fastest-growing installer of heat pumps in the United States. As we open multiple locations across the Southeast, we’re hiring an experienced sales leader to launch and grow our new Durham, NC market. A day in this role

Morning begins with a review of your route and open opportunities in the CRM. By mid-morning, you’re in a customer’s home, taking precise measurements, calculating BTU requirements, and crafting a tailored design layout for their heating and cooling needs. Early afternoon, you’re presenting your plan, answering questions, and negotiating terms to finalize a contract. Later, you collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth installation experience, update forecasts, and prepare insights on market trends and competitors. You wrap the day by confirming tomorrow’s in-home consultations and prepping for an upcoming trade show. What you’ll take on

Lead engaging in-home sales presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers. Meet clients at their residence or business for hands-on consultations and assessments. Capture measurements and photos; perform BTU calculations; design the right system layout. Diagnose customer needs and propose solutions aligned to their goals and preferences. Negotiate terms and close agreements to hit aggressive sales targets. Partner with operations and installation teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes. Track market shifts and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities. Deliver accurate reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts to leadership. Represent Rycor at industry events and trade shows. What you bring

Successful background in sales or account management, ideally in an in-home setting. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Proven negotiation prowess with a strong closing track record. Self-driven, results-focused, and consistently goal-exceeding. Comfort working both independently and within a collaborative team. Experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiencies
