Job Description Do you enjoy keeping things neat, accurate, and easy to find? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to help manage our materials and support production. This role is perfect for someone who likes structure, accuracy, and working in a team environment.What You’ll Do• Receive and label incoming materials • Organize and put stock away in the correct locations • Issue materials to production and shipping as needed • Maintain accurate records in our ERP system (training provided) • Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks • Support recycling and waste management processes • Help with unloading trucks or moving materials when needed • Follow all safety and quality proceduresWhat We’re Looking For• High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in inventory, stockroom, or warehouse work preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Comfortable using computers (ERP experience a plus) • Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely • Forklift experience a plus (we’ll train if needed)Why Join Us• Stable, reliable schedule • Safe, clean facility with supportive coworkers • Team environment where your work makes a direct impact • Opportunities to learn and grow with the company
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics. Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with
Shop-Trak
and
Syteline
preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory. Capable of safely lifting and handling up to 50 pounds when required. Forklift certification (preferred but not required). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs. Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures. Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. May require occasional overtime, weekend, or holiday work.
