She has over 24 years of experience working as a Defense Contractor and Consultant and has held positions as Director of Pricing, Contracts Manager, Program Manager, and EVM Manager. We are currently seeking the following Position PRODUCTION CONTROL CLERK
JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION CONTROL CLERK JOB PURPOSE The Production Control Clerk supports production operations by managing the work order process throughout various stages of equipment maintenance. The clerk establishes, monitors, and maintains bench and shop stock levels. The clerk procures parts through the base supply system and outside sources. The clerk schedules, coordinates, and updates the status of maintenance performed by outside maintenance activities. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize Government Management Information Systems (MIS) to create, modify, and generate maintenance, inspection, and special inspection work orders. Create maintenance work orders, document accurate information into the MIS within contractual deadlines. Establish, monitor, and maintain bench and shop stock levels utilizing Integrated Logistics System-Supply (ILS-S) Schedule, coordinate, and monitor maintenance activities on assigned equipment performed by outside organizations Monitor and update equipment work order status based on parts availability Confer with coworkers to coordinate work activities. Examine documents and forms to verify adherence to requirements. Inspect items for damage or defects. Compile data or documentation. Maintain operational and historical records. Other duties within the Production Control scope of work as the contract customer requires.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's license. EDUCATION: High school or higher education
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3 years or more of production control experience in the aerospace industry. Experience with Maintenance Information Systems like Maximo, electronic Facility Equipment Maintenance System (FEMS), and parts acquisition using Integrated Logistics System-Supply (ILS-S) Leo Tech, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and Drug-Free Employer.
