POSITION TITLE:

The ERP Specialist is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day functionality of the ERP system within Rensa by interfacing with Rensa IT. This includes coordinating the various ERP needs of functional groups with in Rensa including Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales with the Rensa IT and their representatives.

The ERP Specialist will assist with the transition and migration of the manufacturing sites from Visual to IFS, help facilitate enterprise change management processes, develop reporting systems through Power BI, and document business processes.

ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Required Skills/Abilities: Experience with ERP/MRP systems. Review and analyze part data to validate ERP/MRP system information and transfers. Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments and locations to develop material reports and dashboards as needed within Power BI. Knowledge and experience of ERP/MRP systems to issue BOMs, update data, data extraction and analysis. Document ERP Business processes and assist with training of to those processes. Develop, execute, analyze data and write reports for validation activities. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal customers.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP systems. Knowledge of purchasing, process engineering, and product engineering Knowledge of process flow and production process procedures and standards Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of Programs, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Higher level communication and collaboration skills Organization and time management abilities Keen attention to detail and problem-solving techniques Strategic long term planning – Cross systems/locations synergies Scrap tracking experience (tracking and measuring) Experience in the filtration industry preferred. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This position is hybrid and less than 5% travel within the United States may be required to assist with duties as assigned.
