We are seeking a
Senior User Experience (UX) Designer
with more than six years of experience creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in
wireframing, user stories, and design tools such as Figma and Sketch , with a proven ability to lead design initiatives, conduct user research, and drive product strategy. This role requires both creative and leadership skills, guiding design teams and shaping design systems that enhance usability and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead creation of
wireframes, prototypes, user stories, and user flows
for digital platforms.
Conduct
user research, persona development, and usability testing
to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
Produce high-quality visual mockups using
Figma, Sketch, and other design tools .
Define and maintain
design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries .
Advocate for
user-centered design principles
across the organization.
Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, influencing product roadmaps.
Mentor junior UX/UI designers and foster a collaborative design culture.
Ensure accessibility and compliance with
WCAG and usability standards .
Mandatory Skills Expertise in
wireframing, user stories, and user-centered design methodologies .
Advanced hands-on experience with
Figma and Sketch .
Strong knowledge of
user research methods, usability testing, and persona development .
Proven ability to design and maintain
design systems .
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
Strong communication and presentation skills to engage technical and business audiences.
Desirable Skills Leadership experience managing or mentoring UX/UI teams.
Familiarity with
UI design fundamentals
and responsive design across devices.
Knowledge of
accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA compliance) .
Experience with
Agile/Lean UX
and design sprints.
Ability to influence product strategy through design thinking workshops.
Familiarity with
prototyping/whiteboarding
tools like
InVision, Miro, or Adobe XD .
