Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support. Develop and maintain client relationships. Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems. Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed. Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Excellent
Communication/interpersonal
skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
