Established Farmers Insurance Agency seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable Bilingual-Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our insurance team. The CSR will be the first point of contact for policyholders and potential clients, providing information about insurance products, assisting with policy inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Note: Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License is required. If you do not have an active P&C License, you'll need to obtain that prior to starting the job. Responsibilities Professionally answer and direct incoming calls Contact existing clients to schedule policy review appointments with Agents Contact potential clients to schedule sales meetings for Agents Manage social media accounts and web pages Help maintain overall organization of the office Enter, file, and manage account information in computer system Process and handle client payments
Requirements Will provide exceptional customer service to our new and existing clients Possess excellent organizational skills with proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up Operates well in a fast-paced work environment Possesses excellent communication skills; both verbal and written Possesses proficient computer/math skills Has a strong attention to detail Is proactive, self-disciplined and can prioritize duties Possesses strong understanding of Social Media, and can create unique/engaging content Is comfortable working with a small team and independently Can handle a variety of reception and data processing duties while providing administrative support for our team Has reliable transportation to and from work Has a High School diploma (or equivalent)
