ROLE DESCRIPTION: Dan Rataj - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships.
BENEFITS: Hourly plus commission/bonus 22 paid days off per year Signing Bonus up to $500 $1,500 to $5,000 vacation bonus per year Retirement Plan with matching contributions Health Insurance Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Requirements
