Systems Integration Manager
to join our team in a dual-capacity role that combines strategic project management with hands-on technical development. This position requires a unique blend of project management skills and technical expertise to drive our technology initiatives and integration solutions forward. The successful candidate will manage complex technology and business systems projects while also developing and implementing automation and integration solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Technical Project Management (50%) Lead and manage end-to-end technology and business systems projects from initiation through delivery Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, IT, and business stakeholders Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates to leadership Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external resources when required Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement Integrations Management (50%) Design, develop, and implement automation and integration solutions using .NET (C#), Python, Razor, React, etc. Manage internal and external integration projects with third-party systems, APIs, and platforms Collaborate with business units to identify automation opportunities and process improvement initiatives Create and maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and integration workflows Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations and automated systems Stay current with emerging technologies and integration best practices Lead integration testing, deployment, and maintenance activities Required Qualifications: Experience & Education Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management or systems integration Proven track record managing projects with budgets of $100K+ and teams of 5+ members Experience in manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, logistics, warehouse operations or related industry preferred Technical Skills Proficiency in programming languages including Python, C#, and SQL Experience with API development and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) Knowledge of database systems, data warehousing, and ETL processes Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Understanding of manufacturing systems (ERP, WMS, MES) and industrial automation Experience with version control systems (Git) and development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) Project Management Skills PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification helpful Demonstrated experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday, or similar) Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks Experience managing both internal teams and external vendor relationships Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Leadership skills with experience mentoring team members Customer service orientation with focus on stakeholder satisfaction Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in similar dual-capacity role Experience with IoT platforms and industrial automation systems Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies Certifications in relevant technologies (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools Background in supply chain management or logistics optimization Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Paid time off and holiday schedule
