Job Summary
As a
Volunteer Coach , youll take on a hands-on leadership role by guiding young athletes and delivering the i9 Sports Experience. Youll help players develop their skills, learn the importance of sportsmanship, and, most importantly,
have fun .
Responsibilities
Lead practice sessions that emphasize fundamentals, skill development, and fun Teach and demonstrate sportsmanship values and core concepts Communicate game-day information to players and parents using established platforms Consistently model a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
Strong communication skills Sport-specific knowledge and/or coaching experience Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently Availability on weekends and some evenings for the full season (~7 weeks) Must opt in to text messaging for communication
