Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
Collaborate with medical team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to physicians.
Adapt to fast-paced and high-pressure emergency situations.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for effective treatment.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Utilize medical equipment and technology effectively in patient care.
Engage in performance reviews to enhance personal and professional growth.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and care procedures.
Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Experience/Qualifications Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Minimum 2 years experience in emergency nursing.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Proven track record of achieving targets and performance-based rewards.
Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology in emergency care.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with medical teams.
Knowledge of hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Detail-oriented in maintaining accurate patient records.
