$24–$26/hour (Estimated $50K–$55K upon conversion to full-time) Benefit Information:

Key Responsibilities:

Enter vendor and customer transactions (invoices, payments, credits) into ERP system Match purchase orders with invoices and resolve discrepancies Assist with payment processing and maintain accurate vendor/customer records Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve account issues Process incoming and outgoing payments (checks, ACH, wire, credit card) Generate and distribute invoices and statements Reconcile accounts and post payments accurately Support credit checks, account setup, and customer onboarding Assist with month-end close activities (journal entries, reconciliations) Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems Provide backup support to team members and contribute to process improvements Participate in special projects and collaborate across departments Perks:
