Key Responsibilities Installation and Maintenance Install, configure, and perform routine maintenance on hardware and software components. Troubleshooting and Repair Diagnose and resolve technical problems with equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets regulations. Customer Service Provide excellent customer service, explain technical information in clear terms, and build strong relationships with clients. Documentation Create detailed service reports after each visit, documenting work performed, parts used, and observations. Training Educate customers on how to properly operate and maintain their equipment. Logistics Travel to assigned client sites, manage workflow according to a schedule, and ensure tools and equipment are maintained. Essential Skills & Qualifications Technical Aptitude Proficiency in troubleshooting, testing, and repairing various types of technical equipment. Problem-Solving Strong analytical skills to identify issues and devise effective solutions in the field. Communication Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for reports and client interactions. Basic Qualifications A valid driver's license with a clean record, and physical fitness for manual tasks. Work Environment On-Site Work Technicians spend their time at customer locations, not in a traditional office setting. Travel The role involves regular travel to various sites within assigned territory. Flexibility May require work during flexible shifts and adaptability to changing work schedules Technical Skills Proficiency in using computers and software applications Competent in using hand tools Abilities Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability Physical Requirements Walk over various terrains and weather conditions while carrying tools and equipment Safely use weight-bearing equipment (up to 345 lbs) and lift up to 75 lbs Climb ladders up to 32 feet and work in confined spaces and at heights Operate and navigate a company vehicle in changing environments Work with small components and wires Work outdoors for extended periods in any season and inclement weather
