Job Title: RV Technician

Location: Kings Mountain, NC Employment Type: Temp to Hire Pay: Based on experience Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable RV Technician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on recreational vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and exterior components, and will take pride in providing quality service in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and repair RV components including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, roofing, and exteriors Perform diagnostics and routine maintenance on various RV systems Conduct test drives to ensure mechanical and system integrity Demonstrate RV systems and basic maintenance procedures to customers when needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Ensure work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and best practices Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Certification:

High school diploma or GED required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in RV service or similar

mechanical/electrical

repair work preferred, or equivalent experience Experience using power tools, diagnostic equipment, and hand tools required Skills & Abilities:

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair RV systems Ability to read and interpret documents such as wiring diagrams, schematics, and safety manuals Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to climb ladders, bend, reach above shoulders, push/pull equipment, and perform other physical tasks Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and willingness to wear protective gear as needed Ability to safely tow or maneuver RV units on-site when required
