This position will work Monday - Thursday 6pm-6am.

A keen eye for detailyoull be measuring ingredients precisely and following instructions carefully. A proactive mindset: you spot issues before they become problems and can make basic adjustments when needed. Flexibility and a team-first attitude: youre equally comfortable working independently or collaborating with others. Clear communication skills, both verbal and written. What You'll Be Doing (Essential Responsibilities) Working both independently and alongside team members to meet daily production goals. Using numbers
confidentlycalculating,
adding, and understanding weights and measurements. Operating production equipment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Collaborating with the Food Operations Manager to support smooth facility operations and suggest ways we can improve. Following all safety and regulatory standards (GMP, HACCP, OSHA, USDA, OU, SQF, and more). Taking care of tools and supplies, ensuring resources are used wisely. Physically engaging work: standing, lifting (up to 60 lbs), bending, and using your hands with care and accuracy. Occasionally working on elevated platforms (6 to 8 feet high). Being available to work flexible hours, including weekends and different shifts as needed. What We're Looking For (Qualifications) A high school diploma or GED. At least two years of experience in industrial maintenance or operationsor a combination of education and hands-on experience that shows you're ready to succeed.
