Responsibilities Manage follow-ups on claims, billing issues and policy related updates Update and process changes to client policies (vehicle, home, lienholder, etc.) accurately and quickly Monitor clients policies to ensure they are receiving the best options available Provide white-glove client service to support your legacy of care Proactively offer and schedule insurance & financial reviews with existing clients Ensure clients are always receiving the best options we offer Be the calm, caring voice that supports clients when they need us most
Requirements Detail-obsessed, organized and reliable - you love getting things right Service-driven - you take pride in following up and making clients feel special Proactive Communicator - you don't wait to be told, you spot the need and handle it Empathetic and Client Focused - you listen deeply and care about the people you serve Experienced in client services or administrative roles (insurance experience preferred but not required)
