High School Social Worker (Full-Time)

Schedule:

37.5 hours/week (Monday-Friday, school hours)

Duration:

August 2025 - May 2026

Pay Rate:

Up to

$45/hr

(based on experience)

Location:

Huntley, IL (on-site) Job Description: Provide

individual and group counseling

for high school students

Conduct

social-emotional assessments

and develop intervention plans

Serve as

crisis intervention specialist

Connect students and families with

community resources

Collaborate with teachers on

SEL implementation

Participate in

504/IEP meetings

Address

attendance and behavioral concerns

Support

college/career readiness initiatives Education & Certification Requirements: Master's in Social Work (MSW)

from accredited program

Illinois PEL with School Social Worker endorsement

Experience with

adolescent mental health

Knowledge of

trauma-informed practices

Strong

crisis management skills
