Schedule and Compensation Full-Time, 80 hours bi-weekly Monday through Friday, 7am - 3:30pm Ability to work weekends, evenings and being available on call for after hour emergencies $23.00-$27.00/hr

Job Description Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures. Performs specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments, including performing all electrical preventative maintenance as well as all repairs on electrical equipment, fixtures, controls, public address, and access systems and all related auxiliary equipment as directed, and installing all electrical equipment fixtures, controls, wiring, etc., as directed. Recommends changes to the electrical system and/or equipment in keeping with the current codes and standards. Assists as directed in the repair, preventative maintenance, maintenance, and/or installation of electric/electronic controls, devices, etc. and performs or directs the testing/repair of emergency generators, fire alarms, throughout the campus.

Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalency required. Minimum of three (3) years electrical experience in health care, extended care, multifamily dwellings, or similar facilities. Journeyman's license preferred
