We are seeking on-call Events Servers who are passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and thrive in a luxury environment. Responsibilities: Event Servers are responsible for food and beverage service at hotel banquet functions. They ensure the function space is visually appealing and help execute the event menu, which may include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service. Additional duties include banquet prep, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment. Provide attentive and professional service throughout each event Set up, service, and break down function spaces according to event orders Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and planning teams to ensure successful event execution Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after service Represent the Alila and Hyatt brand standards at all times
