to join a high-performing team supporting a top outdoor gear brand in
Rigby, ID . This is a
6-month contract
with the potential for extension based on business needs. The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM Pay Rate:
$15-$17/hr
What You'll Do: Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat Assist with product/service inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations Manage order entry, returns, exchanges, warranties, and account updates Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and professionally Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience Maintain detailed and accurate customer records Proactively identify sales and service improvement opportunities
Key Skills & Qualifications: Typing speed of 50+ WPM
(required) 1-2 years of customer service experience (phone and in-person preferred) Strong computer skills, especially with phone systems and office tech Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities High school diploma required Passion for delivering exceptional service Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Preferred: Background or passion in
powersports
or outdoor recreation Experience working in a call center or retail/customer-facing setting
