As the
Resident Assistant (RA) , you'll provide hands-on support to promote the health and well-being of residents. You'll:
•Assist residents with personal care such as grooming, dressing, and bathing •Support with housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean, safe environment •Document care and communicate resident condition changes using the Point of Care system •Promote independence while assisting with meals and social activities •Collaborate with team members and respond appropriately in emergency situationsWhat You'll Bring:
•Must be 18 years or older •High school diploma or GED (Preferred) •CNA or STNA Certificate (Preferred) •1 year of experience in assisted living or healthcare (Preferred) •Ability to follow written instructions and understand medical terms •A compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented mindsetBenefits for Eligible Full-Time Employees:
