Responsibilities
Lead the application modernization of the Treasury Hedge Accounting, transforming a legacy Control-M-based system into a modular Spring Boot microservices architecture, significantly improving performance, maintainability, and deployment speed. Hands on experience in managing distributed teams, vendor coordination, and delivering critical projects in areas such as digital banking, payments, and legacy modernization. Hands on experience in defining and implementing CI/CD pipelines, standardizing build and release processes across environments to ensure consistent, automated deployments. Identify opportunities for process improvement within delivery workflows and contribute to the digital banking transformation roadmap. Qualifications
Should have minimum 10+ years of total IT experience, including minimum of 5+ years in project management, leading cross-functional and vendor teams to deliver complex, high-impact technology solutions in the banking and financial services sector. Good communication skills both in writing and verbally with ability to present the complex ideas or technical solution to business and/or management team.
