We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team! As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager supporting CoreAI, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI innovation at Microsoft. CoreAI is building the infrastructure and agentic frameworks that power next-generation developer experiences, and recruiting is a top priority for its leadership. You’ll partner closely with engineering and product leaders to support a team of recruiters hiring talent across systems engineering, AI science, and agent-native development. This role demands creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, as you’ll help define differentiated sourcing strategies, refine hiring bar calibration, and support storytelling that resonates with candidates from top global AI programs and industry-leading companies. Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of talent acquisition experience (recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or related industry experience 3+ years formal management experience (coaching and mentoring, contributing to team success) 2+ years of AI recruiting and/or sourcing experience Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years talent acquisition experience (recruiting, sourcing) OR Master's Degree AND 8+ years talent acquisition experience 3+ years people management experience 5+ years people management experience Compensation
Talent Acquisition M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, with base pay ranges of USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year for those locations.
