Human Resources Coordinator

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle from start to finish. This includes recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, and maintaining compliance. The role is fast-paced and well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

What You'll Do Post job openings, review resumes, and coordinate interviews Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and assist with candidate communications Complete reference checks and background verifications Organize onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and I-9 processing Support offboarding activities such as exit interviews and termination documentation Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and open enrollment support Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit questions and HR policies Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR processes Collaborate with Accounting to process payroll and review timecards Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files Support HR policies, procedures, audits, and ad hoc projects What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred 2-5 years of HR administrative experience; at least 1 year of recruiting experience preferred Knowledge of HR principles, employment law compliance, and HR best practices Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., BambooHR, ADP) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
