Our medical staff includes over 500 providers from Foundation Medical Partners and local practices. Foundation Medical Partners, our multi-specialty group, spans 70+ practices across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts, providing coordinated, patient-centered care to thousands each year. Among these services, Southern New Hampshire Diabetes and Endocrinology offers expert care for patients managing diabetes, thyroid disorders, and other endocrine conditions, with a focus on education, prevention, and long-term wellness. About the Job: We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for patients and visitors while supporting the daily operations of our medical practice.
