Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented individual to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and handle all stages of their stay. This role is essential to delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience, from check-in to check-out and everything in between.
Weekend, holiday, and flexible availability is required. What You'll Do:
Represent the property with professionalism and warmth at all times Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously Collect balances, post room charges, and process payments accurately Answer and transfer calls using proper telephone etiquette Provide guests with information about local restaurants, attractions, and services Make courtesy and follow-up calls to ensure guest satisfaction Send confirmation letters to owners and guests Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests smoothly Process daily revenue from all departments Perform cashier audits and balance cash drawers Handle advance deposits, post interdepartmental transactions Order office supplies as needed Prepare and complete daily night audit Enter maintenance and service requests promptly in SPI Make and modify reservations courteously and efficiently Manage room moves and stay-over requests to ensure guest satisfaction Run reports and correct errors prior to guest arrival Prepare check-in packets for the upcoming week Make rental calls to notify owners of villa status Respond to online reviews professionally Reconcile rentals for the previous month Monitor online travel agents for inbound rentals Block RCI points for unpaid accounts Manage RCI banking, membership changes, and cancellations Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Active listening and problem-solving abilities Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Bilingual is a plus Benefits & Compensation:
