We are looking for a dedicated B2B Customer Service Agent to provide outstanding support to our business clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and a consistent work history. This role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role starts at $18 an hour and moves to $21 an hour. Quarterly bonuses are also possible based on company performance.

Responsibilities: Respond promptly to B2B customer inquiries primarily via phone. Find and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally. Process orders, returns, and exchanges with precision. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs. Proactively identify and escalate potential customer issues. Provide feedback to improve customer service processes. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge. Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a B2B customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Consistent work history with a strong work ethic. Reliable transportation to the Carillon area of Pinellas County. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to learn new software quickly

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00
