Working closely with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals, help shape pricing and product development and keep the company competitive and responsive to market shifts. By building strong customer relationships, maximizing profitability, and identifying new opportunities for growth, the team contributes to both short-term and long-term success.

Your Next Pour: The Opportunity

We are looking to add a

Territory Manager, Metro New York

to our Commercial team. This role will be responsible for supporting the Market Manager in driving performance across the Metro New York territory, leading a team of Independent Operators and ensuring Tropicana Brands Group’s goals and initiatives are met. The Territory Manager will influence execution across all channels of trade including Small Format, Grocery, Convenience, Bodega stores, and Foodservice. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include:

Lead and support a team of 10+ Independent Operators/Distributors Drive business opportunities through solution-oriented selling and metric reporting Provide market-level support to Independent Operators and retail customers Build and implement Planogram (POG) schematics and Points of Distribution (PODs) Engage directly with customers to enhance in-store execution Prioritize tasks and structure efforts in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment Implement short- and long-term strategies to support operational transformation The Perfect Blend: Experience

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in Consumer-Packaged Goods or Food/Beverage Experience managing or influencing Independent Operators or field teams Bilingual in English & Spanish highly preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Conflict management experience Strong analytical and computer skills Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends Foundational Ingredients: Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred OR minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future Must be located in the Metro New York area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation, strong communication skills, and the discipline to thrive independently in a home office setting Travel up to 30%

The salary range for this position is $55,400 - $80,200 annually
