What you'll do Docusign is looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our Product Led Growth team under the Growth vertical. The Software Engineer will execute on all aspects of the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the e-commerce application. You will collaborate with others to brainstorm, design, and implement new solutions; mentor and model engineering best practices; and help improve team processes. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Engineering. Responsibilities Write high-quality code, primarily in C#, that is easy to maintain and test Maintain and develop automated tests for your code Participate in an Agile environment using Scrum, automated unit testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and Git Raise issues proactively that might impact delivery commitments Diagnose and resolve production issues and maintain the code as needed Job designations and expectations Hybrid: Employee divides time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required (Minimum 2 days per week; weekly in-office expectation). Job designations may vary by team and could change based on business needs and local law. What you bring Basic BS degree in CS or equivalent work experience 2+ years of professional experience building scalable and testable APIs in C#/.Net or Java Hands-on experience integrating with internal and external APIs Preferred Strong object-oriented design and programming skills Experience with GraphQL Experience with NoSQL Passion for learning and working with new technologies Experience building large-scale web applications and consumer-facing APIs Familiarity with front-end web technologies Familiarity with SaaS eCommerce and multichannel web marketing Compensation and benefits Wage transparency: California: $112,800.00 - $175,000.00 base salary. Pay ranges vary by location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Eligible for bonuses and RSUs as described. Bonus: Variable incentive pay for sales roles; non-sales roles eligible for company bonus plan. Stock: Eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
