Help clients with personal care tasks like bathing, toileting, and mobility. Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities. Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Follow prescribed exercise programs and encourage independence. Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
