Massage Therapist
who is passionate about providing relaxing, personalized service for our guests at our spa facility, Saltgrass. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the guests' well-being through exceptional and personalized spa treatments. In this role, you will use your expertise and commitment to outstanding customer service to play a pivotal role in ensuring our spa becomes a destination for refined relaxation. Responsibilities: Perform a variety of massages tailored to each guest's preferences and needs from individual to group experiences and special events Maintain a pristine and inviting treatment space, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for a therapeutic and seamless experience Consult with clients regarding their current needs, medical history, and overall wellness goals Assist clients with their ongoing wellness by recommending personalized treatment plans Collaborate with fellow spa and fitness professionals to create a seamless and memorable spa experience for guests that encompasses holistic and personalized care Stay informed about the latest massage techniques and wellness trends to continuously enhance your skills and education of technique and product knowledge Maintain working knowledge of the Bardo brand, resort programming and offeringsacting as a trusted resource to guests and members Qualifications: Current Georgia License for massage therapy Previous experience in a luxury spa environment is preferred Proven experience in performing a variety of massage techniques and treatments Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills In-depth knowledge of spa and massage products, ingredients, and the ability to make personalized recommendations Excellent grooming and presentation standards Knowledge of proper health, safety, and sanitation practices Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
