Job Purpose: The Data & Trend Supervisor leads a team of analysts responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support business decision-making. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to transform data into actionable insights, and proficiency in creating clear, impactful visuals such as graphs and tables. An accounting background is a plus, and advanced Excel skills are required. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader who excels at communicating complex data effectively and driving results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Supervise and mentor a team of Data & Trend Analysts, ensuring high-quality performance and accurate outputs. ? Analyze large datasets with precision, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions. ? Develop and deliver polished presentations, including visualizations (graphs, charts, tables), to clearly communicate findings. ? Collaborate with the Data & Trend Manager to align team efforts with organizational objectives. ? Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout analysis and reporting processes. ? Leverage advanced Excel skills to organize, analyze, and present data effectively. ? Translate complex data into actionable recommendations across the organization.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools. ? Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly. ? Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities. ? Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of data analysis. ? Leadership skills to mentor and develop team members effectively.
Education and/or Experience: ? Bachelors degree in data analytics, business, or a related field ? 35 years of experience in data analysis or reporting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. ? Experience working with large datasets and developing actionable insights.
