Job Description
TEWS Company is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join their team. This hybrid role based in Orlando, FL will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and governance of critical business data. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience and proven data governance expertise, with a preference for candidates who have worked in or with the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain high-quality data standards across all systems and business processes.
Monitor, validate, and transact data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Question and resolve data discrepancies, driving process improvements in data management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and enforce data governance policies.
Manage and maintain master data records within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Support data migration, integration, and system upgrade projects.
Document data standards, definitions, and procedures.
Provide staff training and guidance on best practices in data governance and analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, or related field preferred.
3+ years of data analysis/stewardship or data management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (required).
Proven data governance background.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to challenge and improve data processes.
Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments.
Aviation industry experience strongly preferred.
