Job Description

Oversee daily field operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain efficient workflow. Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of zero incidents on the jobsite. Monitor project progress, resolve on-site issues, and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders. Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to anticipate and address construction challenges. Manage site logistics, inspections, and quality control throughout all project phases. Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, schedules, and project records. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of Superintendent experience within aviation or large-scale commercial construction. Possesses strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors, field teams, and multiple moving parts under tight schedules. Has a deep understanding of safety protocols and is committed to maintaining a zero-incident work environment. Demonstrates excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, able to resolve conflicts and keep projects on track. Is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-security environments such as active airports. Values collaboration and can build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.

What's on Offer

Base salary range: $100,000 - $115,000 (Package is negotiable subject to experience). 401(K) with company match. PTO. Healthcare, dental and vision benefits.
