We are seeking a detail-oriented, driven, and experienced Senior Accountant with a commitment to excellence in working with all facets of accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate will uphold high standards, possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and be able to collaborate effectively across functions, work autonomously, and communicate clearly.

What Youll Accomplish

• Lead and participate in month-end close activities, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of GL reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain and monitor SOX controls related to the general ledger, ensuring compliance with internal control requirements and documenting processes as needed.
• Collaborate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits, providing requested documentation and explanations.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen controls.
• Support the consolidation process of multiple entities, including preparation of elimination entries and reconciliation of intercompany accounts.

Basic Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar major
• 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance
• CPA and/or public accounting experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system
• Public company experience
• Healthcare industry experience

Compensation

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. The annual salary range for this position is $84,800 - $127,200/year.
